The Management of Umaru Musa Yar’adua University, Katsina wishes to inform all candidates offered admission into the various undergraduate programmes of the University that the period for the screening exercise has been extended by thirteen (13) working days.
This extension is effective from 12th—30th January 2026.Candidates who have not yet participated in the screening are encouraged to make use of this extension to complete the process.
Candidates are expected to:
Accept the admission offered by the University.
Pay the acceptance fee.
Print the admission letter.
Present the following documents during the screening:
University admission letter
JAMB result slip (for UTME candidates)
Direct Entry (DE) slip (for DE candidates)
O’Level results (and A’Level results, if applicable)
Scratch card or original certificate of O’Level examination(s) for online verification by the University verification officer
Candidates are advised to adhere strictly to the new deadline and ensure all required documents are presented for a smooth screening process.
