The Umaru Musa Yar’adua University Katsina, wishes to inform members of the University community and the general public, particularly candidates who have been offered admission into various undergraduate programmes of the University, that the ongoing screening exercise for verification of credentials is scheduled to close on Wednesday, 31st December, 2025.
All admitted candidates are expected to have accepted their admission, paid the acceptance fee, printed their admission letters and appeared for the screening exercise on or before the stated deadline.
Candidates are required to present the following documents during the screening:
University admission letter
JAMB result slip for UTME candidates
Direct Entry (DE) slip for Direct Entry candidates
O’ Level result (and A’ Level result where applicable)
Scratch card or original certificate of the O’ Level examination(s) for online verification
Candidates who are yet to appear for the screening exercise are strongly advised to do so before the deadline, as only candidates who meet the University’s admission requirements will be allowed to complete registration.
Please note that no extension will be entertained after the deadline.
